There is no definitive formula to becoming a valued participant in Thought Leadership. With Project Firefly it could be through the submission of a number of compelling essays. Equally one could submit an outstanding piece of work which merit’s recognition on its own.

Recognising top submissions is integral to the merit based principle of Project Firefly. The Academic Review Board has developed three levels of status all of which have successfully met the requirements for publication:

• Elite Analyst
• Analyst
• Contributor

Over time the offering to the different groups within the Project Firefly community will be developed. Each group will be provided differentiated benefits, for example Elite Analysts can blog on the Project Firefly website.

As you develop your portfolio of submissions so you will be able to differentiate yourself from your peers and potentially create an excellent track record to appeal to forward thinking organisations. It’s your Project Firefly.
